- All prices are in USD (United States Dollars). For MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) price list, please message me for further details.※
- Preferred method of payment for International Clients will be Paypal.
- If you are from Malaysia, please inform me if you'd like to use bank transfer as method of transfer.
- A Paypal invoice will be sent after the consultation is complete and prices are set. Please pay the agreed deposit via Paypal invoice within 7 working days to avoid cancellation.
- Once the consultation is complete, I will only begin working on the order once the deposit or first payment (30-50% of the total) is received, depending on what was agreed on in the initial consultation. The remaining amount is expected after I have updated the customer/client on the final look of the illustration. The deliverables will be sent once the rest of the payment has been received.
- Changes, ramifications and/or modification to the order are allowed BEFORE Line Art Phase (during the Rough Draft or Drafting stage) and Limited to 2 revisions only. They will be included in the initial quoted price. Changes made after the Line Art Phase will incur extra Revision charges.
- The Kill Fee is 30% if the order is cancelled before the Line Art phase, and 50% after the Line Art phase.
- Refunds will not be issued unless necessary.
- You can also contact me on my VGen profile to place an order. VGen services includes their own payment platform should Paypal is unavailable for you.
※ Prices converted from USD price list to MYR will be done based on the currency exchange rate at the time of inquiry. MYR price will not include inflation discount.
